The June Twilight Community Markets will be the first outdoor twilight market for 2023. It will take place on the 17th of June at the Gove Peninsula Surf Lifesaving Club, running from 4PM to 7PM. This market will be hosted by the Arafura Dance Association Troupe Committee.

The Gove Airport has recently completed the installation of 153 radio-controlled solar power emergency runway lights. This will enable the Airport Operations team to continue operations under all weather conditions in the event of damage to the fixed above ground lighting system.
