The Nhulunbuy Corporation's Animal Management team would like to advise all dog owners that dog registration renewals can now be made for the 2026 calendar year. The current (2025) dog registration year runs until the 31st of December 2025. If your dog/s has an annual registration, it must be renewed before prior to the end of the dog registration year.
Payment details for dog registration renewals have been sent via email to all dog owners who have provided an email address on Monday the 3rd of November. They will also be sent via post and SMS, with reminders occurring by radio and the Nhulunbuy Corporation's social media platforms.
Please note also, the Nhulunbuy Corporation's office and Finance team's last operating day will be on Wednesday the 24th of December. The office will close to the public at noon and remain closed until 9AM on Monday the 5th of January. If payment is made after the 31st of December, the fees will be in line with that of the 2026 Fees and Charges, and may be higher than the 2025 fees.
