The Nhulunbuy Corporation will be holding a public Community Consultation of its By-Laws. This will take place in the Nhulunbuy Town Hall at 7PM on Tuesday the 16th of December. All residents of Nhulunbuy are welcome to attend this consultation.
A range of changes are being proposed - these topics will be discussed during the consultation. To see the full proposal of amendments to the By-Laws, follow this link. There is also a plain-English summary of these proposals, which you can access here. We encourage residents to peruse the plain-English summary as it lacks the jargon of the full proposal.
Residents can also submit any feedback or questions on those By-Laws to office@ncl.net.au by COB on Friday the 12th of December, which will be addressed during the Consultation.
