The Nhulunbuy Aquatic Centre has introduced the use of Xplor Recreation's Perfect Mind software to handle management of the Nhulunbuy Aquatic Centre going forward. This will future-proof our facility going forward and streamline our internal processes as well as improving our customer service by streamline the process of obtaining memberships and recordkeeping.
We are happy to roll-out this software, as the first major upgrade in over a decade. It will go-live on the afternoon of Tuesday the 5th of August. After that date, all fobs previously issued will no longer function. If you are a member, you are entitled to a free replacement with a new fob designed to operate with Xplor Recreation.
Please note especially if you are a member with Out-of-Hours access - you will need your new fob in order to have continued Out-of-Hours access. Your fob can be picked up at the Nhulunbuy Aquatic Centre's kiosk during all staffed hours.
