The Nhulunbuy Corporation would like to remind all residents that issues with electrical infrastructure (including power lines, sub-stations and street lights) needs to be reported to MG Electrical. MG Electrical are the responsible authority involved in maintenance of all infrastructure related to electricity and electricity transmission.
They can be contacted on 1300 232 265 or by emailing govemaintenance@mgelectrical.com.au. MG Electrical also maintain a Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Mg.Electrical.Nhulunbuy/) with information regarding scheduled power outages.
Please note that street lighting is maintained by MG Electrical, although footpath lighting is maintained by the Nhulunbuy Corporation.
