The Nhulunbuy Town Board's Chairperson is pleased to announce the appointment of Catherine Fielke to the Nhulunbuy Town Board. Catherine will fill an elected position until the end of the term in that position in December 2026.
There is currently one final elected position which remains unfilled. The Town Board will be accepting nominations at any time until the position is filled. The term for this final position will run from the time of appointment until June 2025.
The following requirements must be met for an individual to successfully apply:
• be an enrolled on the electoral role for Nhulunbuy
• not be employed by the Nhulunbuy Corporation, and
• not be disqualified from being a member of the Nhulunbuy Town Board under section 30 or 40 of the Associations Act.
• Be a resident of Nhulunbuy.
