The Nhulunbuy Corporation was honoured to perform a Citizenship Ceremony on the afternoon of the 12th of June on behalf of the Department of Home Affairs.
During this ceremony, 16 residents of Nhulunbuy became the newest Citizens of Australia! These 16 came hailed from places as close as New Zealand and the Philippines, and as far as Mauritius, the USA and Britain. Congratulations to all of these people and their families, who have spent years on the journey to becoming a citizen of the diverse and multicultural nation that we call home.
