The Nhulunbuy Town Board currently has a vacancy of one position for a 4 year term (July 2023 to July 2027).

Hard copies can be picked up from the Nhulunbuy Corporation Head Office in Westal Street during normal business hours.
Completed nomination forms must be submitted to the Nhulunbuy Corporation Head Office or via email to returning officer Shane Whitten at mcs@ncl.net.au by:
3PM on Friday 14th July. No nominations will be accepted after this date and time.
To be eligible for nomination, the candidate must:
• be an enrolled on the electoral role for Nhulunbuy
• not be employed by the Nhulunbuy Corporation, and
• not be disqualified from being a member of the Nhulunbuy Town Board under section 30 or 40 of the Associations Act.
• Be a resident of Nhulunbuy.
