Nhulunbuy Corporation Limited (“NCL”) is inviting suppliers to tender to be on a panel of pre-qualified suppliers for the delivery of services to NCL (“Supplier Panel”).
The purpose of the Supplier Panel is to establish a panel of suppliers who may be engaged directly by NCL for the term of the Supplier Panel, without a need for separate quotes or tenders to first be obtained, in appropriate circumstances.
The term of the Supplier Panel will be 2 years, with an option (exercisable by NCL) to renew the Panel for a further 1 year.
