The Nhulunbuy Corporation will be conducting meter reads of all electricity meters that are currently connected to an active electricity account. This is estimated to be completed by the end of the first week of March, at this stage. If you have pets or regularly lock your gates for security reasons, please contact us on 08 8939 2200 to be put in contact with our meter reading contractor to arrange a time for a meter read to occur. Alternatively, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your phone number, which we can pass on.
Any properties with an active water account which did not have a Taggle 'smart' water meter installed will also have their water meter read manually. For all the residents of Nhulunbuy who live at a property with a Taggle 'smart' water meter, a data export is set to occur on the 31st of March, which will have your meter read transmit a meter read to us. On that date, please ensure that your water meter is not obstructed by rubbish, vehicles or building materials, to allow the transmitter to transmit without interruption.
