The Nhulunbuy Citizen of the Year, Young Citizen of the Year, Senior Citizen of the Year, Local Hero, and Community Event of the Year Awards recognise individuals and organisations that have made a noteworthy contribution to the Nhulunbuy community.

2022 has again seen many challenges with community members showing amazing community spirit.

Whether it is a local organisation going over and above to improve the lives of others, role models, community leaders or the quiet achievers among us, the Nhulunbuy Corporation takes pride in recognising those who make a real difference.
