NOTICE is hereby given that an election is planned to be held on: 10 April 2021 to elect one representative to the Nhulunbuy Town Board for a 4 year term.
Candidate nomination forms are available on the NC website: www.ncl.net.au or from the Nhulunbuy Corporation Head Office in Westal Street during normal business hours or by email to the Returning Officer, Lance Thomas via msi@ncl.net.au
Completed nomination forms must be submitted to the Returning Officer, Lance Thomas at the Nhulunbuy Corporation Head Office by 12 noon on:
Wednesday 24th March 2021. No nominations will be accepted after this date and time.
To be eligible for nomination, the candidate must:
• be an enrolled on the electoral role for Nhulunbuy
• not be employed by the Nhulunbuy Corporation, and
• not be disqualified from being a member of the Nhulunbuy Town Board under section 30 or 40 of the Associations Act.
• Be a resident of Nhulunbuy.
