Nhulunbuy Corporation (NC) is committed to actively engaging with the stakeholders that it serves and represents. In response to community feedback, the community’s team has amalgamated key roles to increase their capacity to deliver positive community outcomes.
The Community Development Team includes Mike Rogers as the Coordinator of Community Development and Tamara Rolph as the Community Development Officer, with different focus areas that include community, events, facilities, communications, tourism, heritage, and youth.
Senior Lifeguards Shane Guiney, Jamie Blythe, and our team of dedicated casuals from the Nhulunbuy Aquatic Centre, who are responsible for the efficient and friendly operations of the Nhulunbuy Pool and complete communities the team.
Each team member brings a diverse range of skills, including excellent event management and working with community groups in a community development capacity.
Embedded into the team are our core engagement principles that underpin NC’s engagement activities.
