Further to our win in 2019 for the Northern Territory Sustainable Communities Tidy Town Award, we are proud to announce that we received two awards this year in the following categories:
Heritage & Culture
This award recognizes outstanding commitment to the conservation and celebration of a community’s indigenous and non-indigenous culture.
Young Legends (Group Winner)
The Nhulunbuy Youth Council received this award that recognizes achievements by a group young people (under 25) who have demonstrated significant commitment to the environment and/or have made significant contributions to any other the other categories.
