TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BRING:
Qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or a
related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience in Human Resources and Industrial
Relations.
Strong knowledge of the Fair Work Act, National Employment
Standards, Enterprise Agreements and Modern Awards.
Experience supporting recruitment, employee relations and
workforce development initiatives.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building
skills.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to
manage competing priorities.
The ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when
handling sensitive matters.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and HR information systems.
A current C Class Driver' s Licence
