Feedback and complaints
To commence the complaint process, the Nhulunbuy Corporation requires a written submission from the complainant. This can be in the form of an email to office@ncl.net.au or a paper submission to be handed in to our head office on Westal Street. A form can be provided to you, if you require assistance in formatting your complaint. Comments or posts on social media platforms do not qualify as feedback as of the 25th of June 2020, in accordance to policy CO06.
Reporting of community and infrastructural issues
To notify the Nhulunbuy Corporation regarding a range of infrastructural and community matters on the Nhulunbuy and Industrial Estate Lease, as well as the Nhulunbuy Airport, the Snap Send Solve reporting system will enable you to provide a precise location, upload images and provide your contact details directly to the relevant personnel in just moments. It is also available as a downloadable app for both Apple and Android devices.
Through Snap Send Solve, you can report everything from graffiti and overgrown vegetation, to damaged water mains and roads.
