Snap Send Solve award: Customer Experience 2023

The Nhulunbuy Corporation is proud to have been awarded the Customer Experience Award from Snap Send Solve for the NT. The Customer Experience Award was based on the highest percentage of Snap status updates combined with the highest overall communication star rating. 

Our CEO Shane Whitten provided the following statement:

"The Nhulunbuy Corporation is proud to have been recognised with this NT Customer Experience Award, however, the full credit must go to the community of Nhulunbuy. The community have embraced the use of Snap Send Solve as a tool for providing direct feedback to the Nhulunbuy Corporation.

The Nhulunbuy Corporation is particularly pleased with the Snap Send Solve product as it provides a direct link to our ratepayers and stakeholders regarding issues that are important to them.

I would also like to acknowledge the Nhulunbuy Corporation staff who so diligently attend to the issues raised and directly communicate with stakeholders regarding resolutions of these issues."
