East Arnhem Real Estate has engaged contractors to conduct maintenance and other works on 85 Chesterfield Circuit, on and around Gove Cafe. This will include pressure cleaning, sealing of windows and painting. The schedule of works is below:
03/09- 06/09: internal common areas incl. toilets
07/09 – 08/09 (weekend 1): pressure wash side and front walls, windows and shade sails
09/09 – 12/09: rear wall painting and sealing windows
13/09: side wall painting
14/09 -15/09 (weekend 2): front level 1 wall painting and sealing windows, ceiling painting
16/09 – 20/09: front ground level wall painting and sealing windows
During this time, there could be disruptions to access to the footpath, Woolworths carpark, Chesterfield Circuit taxi stands and alleyway leading to the Town Centre. Please be mindful of these changed conditions. Do not enter areas which have been blocked off by barriers.
