Rio Tinto Alcan Gove’s (RTAG) Home Trading Services Policy gives everyone a fair go.
It is a fair and equitable approach toward home trading in Nhulunbuy and applies to all residential dwellings – RTAG and Non RTAG.
RTAG supports home trading – provided it’s done the right way. The company permits the operation of home trading services from all residences in the township of Nhulunbuy (Special Purpose Lease 214) subject to the terms contained within the policy.
Home trading is any service or activity conducted at a residential dwelling on SPL 214, by a person living at that dwelling. Home trading does not permit the retailing of goods of any kind from Nhulunbuy residences.
The Home Services Trading Policy will ensure all home trading activites occur in accordance with relevant legislative requirements including health, fire safety, building structural safety and occupational health and safety requirements.
The policy is administered by the Nhulunbuy Corporation Limited in accordance with the Memorandum of Common Provisions provided in all subleases.
